Cornel West and Ranked-Choice Voting

This week, I watched Dr. Cornel West respond to questions from Amy Goodman on Democracy Now! and I liked what I heard. But, running on a third party, some have already given him no chance of making it to the Oval Office. Ranked-choice voting is one method that would help him, and others, be considered and have much better chances at winning.
